Most fat-loss articles I seem to come across these days will start off by giving you multiple reasons why being fat is not your fault e.g you’ve got a slow metabolism, you’re big boned, diets don’t work or your goldfish died.
Well I’ve got news for you, it is your fault and until you accept that, stop making excuses and make a commitment to change your lifestyle for the better then you will continue to be fat and unhappy with your body.
If this isn’t what you want to hear then feel free to close this page, continue to live in denial and hide behind the same excuses you’ve been using for the last five, ten or twenty years.
If you’re unhappy with your weight/body then that’s your problem and something you need to do address right now, not on Monday, not on January 1st, but right now!
If your weight bothers you then do something about it and if you don’t know how to do something about it then educate yourself or hire someone who does know something about it.
